We have a long history spanning decades in knowledge and ability to design itineraries absolutely suiting our different clients’ interests, and budgets. We have been here at all East Africa’s most popular holiday destinations, and we understand our guests’ interests very well – as much as we do understand our business partners, company staff, local community and the whole of East Africa field.
We do not only focus on quality and value, but also on customer satisfaction exhibited in our full extent personal involvement in all our programs. We are a pool of fully licensed professionals at your service fluent in a couple of foreign languages: English, German, Spanish, French or Chinese – each of us with over 20 years of experience in East Africa's tours industry.
Our driver-guides shall be an integral part of your overall safari experience. They will spend many days with you revealing the wonders of East Africa’s or Southern Africa’s history and wildlife. Each driver guide is a national of the country in which you shall meet him, steeped in the traditions and folklore of his own country as well as exceptionally knowledgeable in areas of other tribal lore and current affairs. Whenever he is with our guests, he knows he has to strive to satisfy by ensuring you have fun and remain with long lasting memories of Africa. We run our own fleet of safari land cruisers, and town-run coaster buses.
Our quotations shall always clearly indicate what is INCLUDED and what is NOT INCLUDED in our prices - there shall never be any HIDDEN CHARGES! Depending on the size of your group, we may offer you the following incentives:
1. Free visit to an authentic Masai Village, where you film and photograph for free.
2. A free 1-Hour sundowner cocktail courtesy of Jacko Africa Safaris.
3. One free fruit basket at a Serena Lodge Property for our repeat client(s).
4. Free balloon flight for trip leader who has booked 10+ clients on balloon.
